Summary:

On February 7th the San Juan County Special Enforcement Team (SET) received a tip regarding individual selling marijuana. “The tip was very detailed,” explained Deputy Daniel Clark, SET Member. “They were able to give us a very clear description of the residence, vehicles and the individual himself.”

When members of the SET arrived at the home to speak with the resident Roark admitted to selling. “He informed us that he had even sold at least ½ of an ounce that same day,” continued Clark. “He then led us to several locations throughout the residence where he had hidden marijuana. Marijuana was found hidden in coffee cans, a cereal box, inside a camper as well as on his person.”

The SET found a total of 1,580 grams of marijuana with a street value of approximately $15,000. Team members also seized more than $1,200 in cash.
