Community Outreach – Community Policing Event Request

The Sheriff’s Office is continuing its efforts in providing a community outreach program that compliments and strengthens our many efforts to protect you, your businesses and your families. We do this through a wide range of activities and initiatives, including partnering with the community for community events.

To request that we partner with you at your event by providing community policing services please fill out the form below.

The following information is a guideline to assist you in having the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office attend your upcoming event. All requests must be submitted in this format (or via hard copy available by clicking here) in order to be considered.

Requests should be sent in at least three weeks prior to the event date, to be considered.

NOTE: Completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance at your event. All appearances are subject to approval of the San Juan County Sheriff’s Office, as well as availability of personnel and equipment.
